Politique de remboursement
You can return your unused items at any point, we only ask that you be timely (30 days) with your returns for your full refund. However, we understand that life happens and can cause some delays with this, so just let us know and we'll work with you in getting your money back!
To be eligible for a return and a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the original tags/labels. If you'd like to exchange or repair your item, please visit the area Repairs, Returns, and Exchanges page in the You section of the website.
To start a return or ask questions about the process, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we've started the process, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can fix the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Most items are eligible for returns, but please understand that if you bought the item on sale or with a discount code, we will only reimburse you for the amount paid.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
